  I went to the store to have my auxiliary battery replaced. The website showed that the specific auxiliary battery I needed was in stock at that location. However, when I arrived, the employee assisting me (possibly a manager, as she was wearing a grey shirt) initially told me that my vehicle did not require an auxiliary battery because it did not appear in her system. After asking a coworker for help, she was able to locate an auxiliary battery in the system, but the one that popped up for her showed that there were none in stock for my vehicle. She didn't even bother checking the one I was looking at online through their system. She then suggested I try a nearby AutoZone. I declined and decided instead to go across the street to Advance Auto Parts. I’m confident the battery replacement is straightforward; it’s located under the hood and would have been simple for me to replace myself if I had the proper tools. When I went to Advance Auto Parts next to Taco Bell, they had the correct battery in stock and installed it within 10 minutes. The service was quick and professional, and I even tipped the employee for the help. Based on this experience, I’ll be taking my business to Advance Auto Parts moving forward.

  Got a battery under warranty and they confirmed it’s bad but once they found out it’s under warranty they no longer want to replace it
