The employee who assisted me which was Nahun D he had a very dismissive attitude and didn’t seem interested in helping. When I asked a question, the response came off as rude and unhelpful. What was even more frustrating was when I asked to speak with a manager about the situation and felt completely brushed off. Customer service should be a priority, and this interaction made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Erica H , the manager cited with him. I hope higher management looks into this because customers deserve to be treated with respect when they come in for help. The staff at Store #09322 are not welcoming or friendly .

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
