    Very good experience picking up after visiting another location for pickup of a reservation three times. Was let down three times to no avail and no communication to even say they would not have the vehicle I rented, even though they promised to call. . Was 3 hours late to my destination because of it but all worked out thanks to this Greenacres location's large inventory, speedy and friendly customer service, and the much appreciated upgrade. Will shop here first next go round!

    The worst customer service. Led me on a 15min phone tag. Had me wait over an hour to be picked up and then said I never called them. I was on the phone with them five times today! Couldn't own up to a single mistake they made.

    High Highly Recommend! Insurance company got me into a rental for about a week, and these guys had me taken care of the whole way. I found a nail in the tire before work one day and I showed up when they opened and they got me into another vehicle without question, and was barely late for work. Left my sunpass in that vehicle, and when I called they had already set it aside for me and had it ready for me to pickup. Excellent service, quick team, very happy!
