- GMGuerloune Moise2 days ago1.0I only gave 1 star because I had to in order to submit this review. I arrived at Tire Choice at 6:50 AM and waited outside until the manager, who I believe said his name was Kevin, arrived around 7:00. He told me the first mechanic would be there at 7:30. At 7:32, he then informed me that mechanic was running late and that another mechanic would arrive at 8:00 instead. By 8:03, a woman came in, dropped off her car, and left and the mechanic immediately started working on her vehicle within minutes. I informed Kevin that I had been sitting outside since 6:50 AM waiting. His response was that I had gone to my car and was on the phone, and regardless, my tire would take 45 minutes to patch because of a nail. Not only was that explanation dismissive, but his attitude was extremely rude and lacked any empathy even after I explained that I would now be late to work. There was no apology, no effort to accommodate, and no sense of urgency for someone who had been waiting longer than anyone else. Poor customer service, poor communication, and very unprofessional management. I will not be returning.
