  I went in for an oil change. They said they would rotate the tires for free. I had been quoted $49.99 for a synthetic blend oil change. When I went to pay they tried to charge me $95. He changed the price and I paid. I had marked my back tires before I went in and found that they did not rotate the tires. The guy's response was well. It was on the ticket. I said I marked my tires. He said okay I'll have them do it. I asked did you rotate the tires on the car I brought in last week ? He said I don't know it was on the paperwork to do it. Now I don't know if they rotated the tires on the car I took in the week before and if they even did the oil changes. Needless to say I won't be going back. Moral of this story: ALWAYS mark your tires when having them rotated to be sure it is done

  The wait area needs to be cleaned, floors were filthy, table and tire display need cleaning. Needed to use the restroom but was turned off to what it might look like, given the waiting room, so never did. Happy with service, oil change, tires rotated, new battery.

  I have been using Tire Choice for years, but yesterday was a different experience. I made an appt for Wednesday at 2. We waited until 2:30 to ask when they would get to my car. The guy at the computer said when the finished with a Cadillac. We walked to get a coffee, and returning had still not started my service. We told the guy what's the use in making an appointment if they weren't going to honor it. I don't mind waiting a bit because I know things happen, but my time is as important as any one's. I had other appointments, so I left. I drove to Jiffy Lube where I was seen in an appropriate amount of time. They even gave me a 30 dollar off coupon. I was extremely dissapointed in your service as of yesterday.

  First time I went was for a nail in my tire. They took me immediately. Second time I stopped in to make an appointment for my brake pads; again they took me right away. They even drove me home, and picked me up when the car was done!

  Richard is a friendly knowledgeable and fair assistant manager. He and his staff enabled my car to drive over 1,200 miles after the tires had been jumping. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tire Choice Service Center and Richard!
