I will never go there again. I hope they improve their service because I did not like it at all the first time I went.

I was asked to pay for work that was not done correctly, and as a result I had to bring my car back twice to fix the same issue. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. On top of that, the customer service was poor. Instead of taking responsibility or treating me with respect, I felt dismissed and poorly treated as a customer. When you’re paying for a service, you expect the job to be done properly the first time and to be treated professionally—neither of those happened here. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Barry and Tony had the worst customer service here they need to either hire people that want to help customers or shut the location for good. And this guy in the picture was horrible as well like this place is a joke. Wasted 3 hours for a mistake they made.

Courtney treated me with respect, and went above and beyond, reset my oil change setting on my dashboard (I can never remember how to do it), and discussed everything with me. As a woman in my mid-70s I really appreciate service that I can trust. I usually get a coupon from this Jiffy Lube, too. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube.
