I had gotten a nail in my tire twice in a span of 2 weeks and both Dylan and Daniel were very helpful with ordering me a tire each time and getting it done as soon as they can and were transparent about time frame and pricing!

If it wasn’t for Paul and some of the old regime being there to include some of the technicians in the bay who I don’t know but do a good job this would be a a 0 star if that was even possible. I have been a customer with Goodyear for over 20 years with thousands (upon thousands) spent on tires, breaks, alignments, car maintenance, and repairs. If this was the old Jog Road regime this would be an easy 5 stars. You know what brought me through the door that attained my patronage and loyalty to Goodyear some 20 plus years ago was? When Richie at the old Jog Rd location fixed a flat for me for free. I think a minor repair for a potential loyal customer spending thousands of dollars was good customer service and a wise business move. Years later I come in earlier in the week after spending nearly $500 for two new tires and an oil change and asked about fixing a flat for a family member and asked if they’re still free. It was told to me from the lady behind the counter it is. Now when some guy who’s been working there not for a very long time rings me up and I’m charged $26 and change. I don’t care that there’s a cost and I’m not trying to get something for free, I do care when that’s the premise and I get charged. I also have issue that the lady behind the counter who reinforced to me it was free the time before just went along with it. Now I don’t want my damn $26 in change back at this juncture. What I will convey to corporate that this was horrendous customer service move of a loyal customer who has always been cordial is now pissed off. I don’t care for weasels. So was it a wise move to alienate a loyal customer who’s spent a large sum of money over the years over $26 and change? If one thinks so then all good. One who has common sense, integrity, and knows a concept of principle would think this is asinine. Thank you Goodyear this wasn’t confusion and nothing at this juncture will rectify the ineptness to customer service, lack of integrity of two younger people working in the office who are tasked with being the face for customer service at this location. Don’t kid yourselves that, “ An I told you so” will occur in the future where more loyal customers will leave this location. I’m done with any/ every Goodyear from here on out. Stupid and asinine tradeoff of something simple that could have been fixed in real time. Clown show.
