  Well at first it started off bad good thing I was still in town.The rental was sounding bad so I called they said to come back and they would exchange the vehicle. They exchanged it with no problem but when it was time for me to return the vehicle that's when everything went bad. It was confusing for me, when I exchanged the first vehicle the whole contract changed to more money. I received everything thru email they had charged me more, they were going to take out more money from my deposit it was a mess. But I can say this jose and I think it was the manager handled it so professional so cool that they did not raise a loud tone of voice or interrupted me. While I was being the very rude customer and when I said everything I had to say and I forgot his name all he said was can I speak now very professionally and with a calm voice he Said give me a little time to straighten everything out and in about 45min my bank showed 2 pending refunds from enterprise. Please just give them a chance to straighten out any misunderstanding on your bill. Yes I understand the vehicle you rented is not always there its not their fault some customers keep them a little longer then expected and that throws everything out of their control. But they will try their best to put you in what's available it's hard when customers do not return vehicles on time we all have done it and we make it hard for the next person renting. So try to be more understanding to jose and the crew of greenacres enterprise they changed me to being more nice and understanding on their side. Thank you to jose and the greenacres enterprise crew. They really do try their best so give them a chance I did and they got it right for me. Thanks again.

  I just called this location and whoever answers was very unprofessional, no respect. When I told him am a senior citizen he did not apologized and then hang the phone on me. I have been a loyal customer from Enterprise all over the USA and France and I do travel to work with DHS and use your rentals and I do not expect customer service to behave like that.

  Had a great experience using Enterprise for my rental car this week. Bryan was real helpful. Would definitely recommend renting a car from there.

  Carlos assisted with my car drop off. He allowed additional time for me to remove all of my belongings and made the return process as smooth as possible. This is the only enterprise I use in the area.
