Here is what was added: ~$4,000 for GAP protection and insurance, presented as mandatory $1,995 for an additional insurance product $900 processing fee $125 paperwork fee That’s nearly $8,500 in added charges, turning a $22,500 vehicle into a $31,000 purchase. When I said I did not want the $4,000 GAP/insurance, the Financial office told me that if I didn’t buy it, he preferred not to sell me the vehicle. Because I refused that add-on, they did not sell me the car. My issue isn’t that fees exist—it’s that they were not disclosed before I showed up, and that add-ons were effectively required to complete the sale. I recommend anyone considering buying here to ask for the full out-the-door price in writing ahead of time and confirm which fees are truly optional before making the trip.
