  If there store next to outback keeps trying to towe cars we will start at huge boycott at this store. At night your parking lot is empty the manager sits there and waits to get you towed if you park there and go to outback. Keep on and do this and watch the boycott were going to have. I can understand if it is taking up spots for your customer but it is always an empty lot and you can see the manager bored and waiting to do this.

  I’ve been to this location a few times and I will not be back. Manager didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I said good morning and Didn’t even turn around to greet me. The young kid they have working behind the counter every time I’ve been there Has offered zero health and he seems like he didn’t sleep the night before. Always so tired and on his phone sitting down in one of the aisles behind the counter. I asked for help to figure out what I needed it for my vehicle and was offered none. Since I didn’t get help, I just wasted money on a part that does not fit my vehicle. I will drive the extra 2 miles to go to Advanced auto down the street.

  The store is organized and staff is helpful. If you are renting a loaner tool make sure you bring back the receipt they give you when you pick it up. The email receipt doesn't count

  Went in a little conceened purchased oil for my car did an oil change upon looking at my dipstick the oil level was still low. Walked in and was greeted by Bill. I explained my situation and he said lets go take a look because sometimes the oil is so clean you cant see it well on the dipstick. Well he did confirm it was a quart low and told me lets go see how many wuarts of oil your vehicle takes. Low and beholdnit was 6 not 5! He physically went and grabbed the oil for me and put my mind at ease. Thank you Bill for taking the time to help me figure out what was going on! This will be my go to store from now on! Thank you Sheldon!
