  Went in on New Year’s Day for a new battery. Didn’t had to wait , I purchased it and got it installed right away ! Bill was very professional and pleasant !!! Thank you so much !!!!

  I visited this location intending to purchase an item but needed assistance identifying the specific tool, as I could not recall its name at the time. I approached a young man working at the store for help; however, his attitude was unhelpful and dismissive. I explained that since no one else was present, I could step out to my car and take a photo of the item to help clarify what I was looking for. He responded that a picture would not help and stated he did not need to see one, while displaying body language that made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him. As a result, I decided not to proceed with my purchase at this location and instead visited another store, where I received much better customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service – Bill Deserves a Promotion! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at AutoZone was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, organized, and welcoming—but what truly set this visit apart was Bill, the manager. Bill went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at an auto parts store. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Instead of rushing me, he took the time to explain my options, double-check compatibility, and make sure I understood everything before I left. His leadership clearly shows in the way the team works together—professional, friendly, and efficient. It’s rare to find a manager who combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Bill does it effortlessly. Because of him, AutoZone has earned a loyal customer for life. This is the kind of employee who raises the standard for an entire company. If AutoZone recognizes excellence, Bill absolutely deserves a raise, promotion, or both.   I had an extraordinary experience at this store. Coming out of one of the stores in the same plaza, my car wouldn’t turn on. I walked into AutoZone and the gentlemen working helped me with starting up my car and changing the battery. Very grateful with their customer service and patience throughout my visit.
