Last Friday, I went there to get oil, because there was a light, indicating that needed oil… I explained to BLAYNE that the oil change was done at a store and they’ve stripped the oil drainer and added a butterfly bolt… he told me he could change the OIL tank for me and I accepted… I’ve bought the parts there and I dropped the car off to him… not only he did not know how to fix it, but kept my car for 6 days at his place and when I finally went there yesterday, to get it, the car was completely missing the bolts that holds the engine , he said he couldn’t do it (I didn’t know he would do it in front of his trailer ) and? He said he changed the oil (not changing the filter) telling me at the end, that he only “cleaned the butterfly bolt and put it back) “adding oil”… long story short? He didn’t do anything and left the car completely unsafe to drive! I had to bring a Mecanic, showing to me and HIM that the car had not a drip of oil and when he tried to take the car out to his shop, the metal was falling under the car! BLAYNE NEVER TOLD ME THE CAR WAS WITHOUT THE BOLTS THAT HOLDS the engine ! I could’ve had a HUGE ACCIDENT on 95, because I was bringing it to Deerfield, to a shop that I know…. He never told me the car was all lose under… all unsafe ! I had to call the tow truck to bring it to Deerfield , where they will have to, not only change the oil pan , but to fix all that Blayne left undone! Moral of the story: never trust an employee from an auto store , saying he is a Mecanic and that he can fix your car! I’m very disappointed that he could’ve just called and say: hey, I don’t have a lift, and can’t do it! Not staying with my car for 6 days and done nothing! Yes, cars come off with lots of different issues when you lift, but you need to have a lift to begin with, and have the knowledge to tell the client what he can or can not do! Very upset about all of that… but most of all: I could’ve got into an accident because obscure of the truth! Lied about everything! Very disappointed and advise him not to do that to clients anymore! Also? when my mechanic opened the oil tank, it looks like he added some type of oil mixed with water (the day we've found out it had no oil, he went inside his trailer and brought a container with oil and added in the tank)....when the mechanic drained the tank inside the shop in Deerfield, he sent me a video and a picture of what it looked like....so? this guy almost killed me and almost killed the car!! Very umprofessional and should not work in there!!
