- LRLiena RodriguezOct 28, 20231.0I went this morning to this store and was trying to get help to by a tool to unscrew my tire Jorge was the one who was helping me, when the key that he gave me did not work I ask him to look to see if I needed to get new screws to secure my tires and he told me he was going to help me in a few minutes I was waiting patiently but people was coming in constantly and in the end I had to leave the sore after like 30 min wait without been taken care off. I made my line it was my time to be attended and it never happened my husband had a similar issue like this like 2 or 3 month ago but with a battery check and the answer that he got from the employee (same) was that his service was free and the others where paying to what my husbands answered that he bought the battery there. Never again coming to this store I think that is not fair to make your line be given a tool and then ask to wait for the never ending line of people coming to stop to be taken care off again.
