I had a shake in one of my recently purchased set of four tires from another Tire Kingdom. I was greeted by Zack and he quickly reviewed my concerns and got my car in right away. I then met the store manager, Scott and he was a pleasure to speak with also. They both took the time to explain the issue. They rebalanced all my tires and rotated them to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this store for all of your automotive needs. They truly care about all of their customers. Thank you again for the great experience

He was able to get me in right away and found I had a nail in my tire. Thankfully I took my car here before I left on my trip later that morning. Can’t thank Scott and his crew enough for all their help. Definitely will be back.

The store honored the warranty and provided a new tire for a reasonable fee per the warranty agreement. Zach made this a no hassle experience and they did a great job with the tire replacement.
