But then I called a tire Kingdom. The very first employee that I spoke with was Monique and she was wonderful she gave us a quote it was out of her budget asked us what our budget was and I told her and she was able to accommodate it. I had to talk it over with my husband and call back and I got an employee by the name of Zac. He is a fantastic customer service representation of tire Kingdom. I explained to him that I spoke to Monique and what she had quoted us and he went above and beyond to go ahead and get us that quote and not only that he was able to get us right in with no appointment and we were only there about 45 minutes and we had a new tire that was in our budget and had experienced fantastic customer service. Thank you Zac and Monique for helping my family get a tire and stay within our budget.
