  On march 17 took a 2 hour trip to Lake Wales Fl my 2014 Chevy equinox broke down and had to be towed it was towed to Johnnys automotive they had a very busy shop but managed to get us repaired and under way by the end of the day cannot say enough about the staff at Johnnys Rich and Georgi S.

  This team didn’t just fix the problem the car came in with, they made sure my daughter’s car was safe to drive since she is so far away from home in college. Fixing an issue with the rear tire as well that wasn’t even part of why we originally brought it in. This was a safety issue and I’m so thankful they found it. Not only that but the fixed a problem other well known places couldn’t. They added a special touch which was so very sweet (see picture)

  Friendly service with great communication. Fair pricing and they seem to really value the quality of their service. I really appreciated their good energy in the midst of a stressful situation.

  I did a google search to diagnose what I know was happening. It told me that it was the torque converter. I took it to Johnnie’s Automotive expecting to pay at least $3500. They diagnosed it and took the experienced trained mechanics route. Took it through the test and gave it back to me. Needless to say they saved me $3000 of what I allocated for the job. Honest intelligent company that I will definitely use again.
