  I am so pleased with the top notch customer service provided to me by Joe Gonzalez and Hector at Auto zone at 6388 store in lake wales They helped me take off the air filter cover to replace my filter and gave great service and advice on my parts purchase Above and beyond employees should be rewarded and they are this !

  I had an amazing experience at AutoZone and wanted to share how truly impressed I was with their service. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was polite, helpful, and incredibly friendly. Their customer service was top-tier, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. A huge shout-out to Hector, who helped us throughout the visit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with every question we had. He made sure our car received proper attention and even explained everything clearly so we understood what was going on. AutoZone provided excellent maintenance support and made the whole experience stress-free. I truly appreciate the effort, kindness, and professionalism shown during our visit.   I had such a great experience! The customer service was outstanding — everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do here. I truly appreciate how professional and helpful they were from start to finish. Highly recommend!   We have now completed 4 battery replacements here. Maybe it was an off day but I don’t want to go back. Customer service was lackluster. We mentioned when we went in the store that we think we need a new battery. No offer to test our battery. They just went to replace the battery. When he pulled out the vehicle, he gave us the price and I asked isn’t there two batteries that are needed and he said no it’s one. And I said when we looked it up online, it said there’s two and he said no it’s one. He said you can go ahead and pay for it and my husband asked do you guys charged to install it or how does that work and the guy said no and my husband had to ask can you install it for us. We shouldn’t have had to ask For that it should’ve been offered. Long story short it didn’t end up being two batteries. The guy tried to get out of installing the battery by asking two other people if they install batteries that were under seats and then he called some other phone to try to get out of installing the battery because of the battery. We had to go inside and get somebody else to help us find the second battery which I have pulled up on the AutoZone website to show them what we needed. If I can pull it up on your website, why is your system not telling you you need to do both these batteries. I don’t do this for a living. I don’t work in an auto parts store. But Google told me I needed two batteries and it actually sent me to AutoZone site which listed the two batteries I needed. As not being the expert I should not have to do that work and tell you what I need. I would expect the business that does this kind of parts and service would know that. Maybe I am expecting too much. Just a lackluster experience. Disappointing.
