  I came into your store and met a Richard Baker, who had very poor customer service, and he sold me a dead keyfob Energizer battery that was proven not towork by both of us and it's so and he sold it to me anyway claiming that it was my key thought that was the problem. He also sold me the wrong size serpentine belt for my 2003 PT cruiser on the same day. I returned the battery the next day, and he gave no apology just credited my card without a word. When I went to the shop to have the belt put on, that is when I found out that it was the wrong size serpentine belt. I was so distraught, I had my daughter returned the belt, who used to work for y'all. Ornery people have no business in customer service. We all have bad days, but this was a bit much.

  Kimberly is amazing. My car turned off a few weeks ago and I had no idea what it was. I went to AutoZone and she immediately helped me and knew what the problem was and she fixed it. She was calm and has such a welcoming personality. I really appreciate her willingness to help and her efficiency in doing so.

  We just want to take the time to say such a huge thank you to Jacob!! We were on a family trip and our car battery went completely dead mid-drive. They close at 9, we went in at 8:15 and he still took the time to help us get a whole new battery installed. He was fast but efficient and a total god send! Thank you so much!!

  They had a V-Belt in stock to repair a riding mower at a very competitive price. 50% better price compared to O'Reilly's. When shopping for mower belts, have the size vs part number. Better chance if finding your belt !

  I went to have the vehicle scanned and received excellent service from the employee, who solved the problem for me.
