  enterprise is a very great place to rent your cars when ever in need of a out of town get away or just in need of a car I give it a excellent choice 5 stars for sure

  The luxury car I had reserved and paid for was not available. I was offered a Nissan Altima or a Jeep Compass. I took the Compass. After returning the car I inquired about some accommodation for an inferior car to what I had reserved and paid for and was told the Jeep Compass was actually a more expensive rental than the BMW/Audi specified in the original listing and that I wasn’t charged for the “upgrade.” A thoroughly unsatisfactory experience

  I rented from here before and had a good experience, but today was something else entirely. I had a reservation and confirmation. I get to the dealership and they say they have no cars. Ok, so help me find another car. "Have a nice day. " unacceptable. Customer service is non existent. I heard them on the phone calling people that had reservations and they were taking them they were canceled, too. There needs to be some ramifications to the company. Will probably never rent from enterprise again.

  The first car that I got because of an insurance claim, was brand new felt and looked great until I saw a baby roach, I used my own insecticide expecting to kill the pest...nope...the next two days I saw more so I returned it. The second car I got felt and looked like crap so I was so annoyed already that I just kept it. I am giving two stars because the first agent that speaks creole and works in the mornings, was super sweet and accommodating.

  The people were polite but the cost of a three week rental on a standard car was extreme. I am also receiving tolls billed to my card when my EZPass was charged for the same tolls and the fees charged were nearly twice the toll charge. Enterprise uses a third party Vera Mobility to manage their tolls and the company has a number of 1star ratings and complaints on the BBB. I had a car breakdown and I was stranded in Florida for three weeks. I made the best of it but I do feel like the rental was taking advantage of my circumstances. I do not recommend this service. When I called in to find out about the tolls the manager was not so polite and didn’t want to deal with it at all.
