To my feedback : Rudy I recommend you consider a different approach when a customer is adamantly pleading with you to change a battery. You made the automatic assumption that I had a commercial vehicle based only on the battery I ordered and kept refusing to assist in replacing the old battery without any probing into the type of vehicle I was actually driving. It was not until I mentioned I drove a Tacoma that you realized I did in fact have a vehicle Autozone assists with. Tanya, you're kind and laid back...a little too laid back! I didn't appreciate you spitting m&ms literally all over the front of my truck. Your repeated use of curse words in a work environment with a customer was also inappropriate. I didn't leave with a sense of having my vehicle needs met, but instead left feeling uncomfortable and as though I disturbed whatever was going on in the store.
