The wipers were located near the door but I was little surprised that there was no catalog for me to look up the blades I needed for my vehicle. I was approached by Jim K. who first looked at the car to see what I needed and then went into the computer and found the right blades. So far so good. After paying, Jim K. told me he would help install the wiper blades. He went outside and installed the wiper blades for me. I've never had anyone offer to install wiper blades at any place I bought them in 40 years of car ownership. Jim K. went above and beyond what I expected. As an aside, while in the store, I overheard 2 other sales people advising customers and they were very friendly and not up-selling (In fact, they were helping the customers save money). 5 Stars for this store and the staff, especially, Jim K.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.
How much does a car battery cost?
A traditional lead/acid car battery can range between $60-$120. The difference in cost comes from a variety of things, like the size of the vehicle or any special requirements needed from the battery, i.e. an increased resistant to cold or hot climates. HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
