  Unlimited wash customer who paid, with around a 40% prepaid tip, for an interior clean. They were very busy and the job was done very quickly, but I am now going out to clean a shelf between the front seats which was not touched to clean, and to properly clean the side pockets. Not the best job I have had from them

  I am a long time member from back when they have the free vacuum in the back, however I don’t use them a lot cause my dealership gives me free car wash and free lunch but I still keep the memberships. Today out of curiosity I asked for the interior wash. Worst thing ever. Wasted $15 +tips. Walked to the store behind and before I got there car was ready!!! My car is decently clean always; well I guess it was too clean for the guy. I came back and the car was untouched. Of course I noticed it immediately; dust on dashboard, seats dirty, doors, bro!! I have the products to clean my car you saw it on the back seat; I know what a clean car looks like. I’m keeping the membership for the convenient I live right in front of it but man, either get back the free vacuum or explain that it’s not a interior wash is a $15 vacuum to the carpet and doesn’t even include cleaning the seats. I got say I brought it back and another guy took it for a minute or two and try to fix it but still very disappointed. Good thing I tried while the car wasn’t really dirty so now I know to never go back for an “interior” wash.

  I am a regular customer and today they missed some things on my mats and trunk. Chris jumped right in and took care of it and WITH A GOOD ATTITUDE! He didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience but a valued customer. David then came over to check on things and I gave a second tip!

  Love that this location does the interior cleaning of your car. Adam’s the best! He always asks if I have any special requests and really makes sure the interior and exterior of my car are clean and sparkly.

  I had the most impeccable experience today starting with David, who explained in detail what my options were as far as the car wash and promoted membership. It concluded with a detail oriented interior, clean by Carlos. He made sure to ask me what areas I would like for him to focus on and exceeded expectations in cleaning my vehicle. He was kind, attentive and detailed. I would highly recommend asking for Carlos when you frequent this location.
