I visit the Lake Mary Fl location weekly. They are always so kind, welcoming and do an absolutely amazing job on my car every single time. Today, Chris, took the time to make sure my car smelled brand new and that it was perfect. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you guys so much ❤️❤️
I love the convenience of this place although I’ve had three individual problems. One, a car in front of me stopped coming out of the express car wash. There was no one there to stop machines so my car hit his and left a scratch on my bumper. They said that was my problem, not theirs.
Second, on my wife’s brand new Lexus, the hood was scratched up by the machinery. They also took no responsibility for this.
And third, at least 30% of the time when I go through the express wash, (I have a monthly pass), I have to wait several minutes to get through because if there’s one car at the front of the line that they are trying to sell another express service It takes about 3 to 5 minutes and you have to wait (along with what inevitably turns out to be another 5 or 10 cars behind you also having to wait because it’s all from the same single land). This defeats the whole purpose of an “express lane“
I’m going to have to switch to another company because this is getting ridiculous

They have fallen so far from Lake Mary Car Wash to even the early period as Mister Car Wash. Now they’ve increased their monthly club even the minimum has gone up to $23.
Went today for just a basic external car wash because we came back from a road trip had some bug bugs on the windshield ask the guy that was directing me into the wash if he had anything that he could spray on the windshield and he said no, they’ve taken everything away.
Well the wash didn’t clean the windshield didn’t get rid of the bugs and when I stopped to ask to use one of the rags and the spray bottle, the employee basically in a huff said I’ll get you one. He brought me a rag I asked which bottle was good for glass he pointed it out. I went to the car scrub. The windshield got rid of the bugs and all of a sudden this employee is walking across saying, sir. I just talked to my supervisor and he said that while it was OK for you to use the rag, you were not allowed to use the spray bottles.
Try giving me a bunch of excuses and I basically said this is another reason we’re gonna cancel both of our monthly subscriptions my basic and my wife’s middle. I know they won’t miss $60 a month but I’m gonna use other services.
These guys even took out their self serve vacuums years ago which almost every other Mister Car Wash I visited throughout Florida and the southeast has self serve vacuums and much friendlier individuals.
No recommendations whatsoever for this location

I had high hopes but was let down. The "Titanium" level got the surface dirt off mostly but just sprayed wax on top of a semi clean car leaving it rough to the touch.
Overall it gets a car sort of clean but no where near what I would expect paying for their top line cleaning. Might be a good quick clean but no where near what a top level clean and wax should feel like after it is completed
Paying their top line gives you no finishing wipe down or inspection to make sure the automation did its job. In fact, when getting out of the main wash bay, there's no direction as to where to go. There are people doing further detail in 2 lanes but we were told to just exit. When we stopped to ask if anyone was going to wipe it down, a very rude gentleman just told us to keep moving as we were in a drive through lane.
The initial order taker was nice and polite however that's not enough to come back and try again. Will look for a better place that takes customer service personally and ensures you are happy with the results.
Consider this place just a quick run through and rinse, find a detailer to actually make sure the car is clean.
As a side note, I see others with similar issues and the exact same response pasted in as a reply,can other indicator that this is just a quickie carwash and nothing more. Gone are the days of the company that used to run this carwash that actually cared how your car looked.

Extremely disappointing experience.
I paid for a car wash and the result was unacceptable. The vehicle was still dirty, poorly cleaned, and clearly rushed. I’ve seen better results from a basic bucket-and-rag wash at home.
Customer service was just as bad — unprofessional, dismissive, and completely uninterested in fixing the problem.
What makes this worse is the price. This place is more expensive than other car washes, yet delivers far inferior service and quality. There are many other options nearby that are cheaper and do a significantly better job.
I would not recommend this car wash to anyone who values their time or money. I won’t be returning.
