  The folks who work at this location specifically are always so helpful and nice! One remembered me from a previous week once and told me I would be saving money if I became a member compared to paying weekly or even biweekly. She ran the numbers for me and was right, and that's how I became a loyal member on the spot. It's been a year and I go there every week. Zero regrets! Great service and my car always stays squeaky clean. Well worth the small monthly fee.

  If I could give no stars I would. 28.00 for a basic inside and out wash. I was asked if I wanted fragrance and what type, I chose New Car. Well lets just say it was not a scent anyone would want. It smelled exactly like moth balls. I have to fumigate my car. I am beyond upset. Also, the vac job was so bad as they missed so many areas it didn't even look like they spent 5 seconds vacuming. Beyond upset at this place. A rip off. Stay away

  I paid for a car wash & wanted to vacuum my car & I was informed after paying & getting the car washed. I can not vacuum my own car I have to pay extra for someone to vacuum my car. They don’t provide this service.

  Mister car wash has drastically gone down hill and continues to each visit. I just haven’t said anything hoping it improves and give many chances. Not anymore! They don’t actually clean inside, member prices went up, there is no organization, wait time is awful, and customer service forget it. I might as well do it myself with the up charge to clean it on top of my membership and doesn’t even look like they cleaned inside. Sooo I’m paying to drive my car through the car wash myself. Mind you I have a very clean car, I don’t have kids, and I hardly ever have another person in it. It’s just dusty on the dash, cup holders, and doors is about all needed. It should be simple. I see other reviews saying the same, however management doesn’t seem to do anything. I’ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately I can’t physically vacuum or clean my car due to medical issues. It’s frustrating. I somehow put up with it because it’s the only car wash close to me and I can run it through exterior anytime. The new system on where the cars are cleaned and back up, no one is there directing vehicles where to go and vehicles are trying to leave who just do exterior. Some exit the entrance and it’s a huge safety cluster. Mister come on, listen before you lose more customers. Miss the lake mary car wash days and prior managers!

  This car wash has definitely has changed and not for the best. Prices for membership went up to $30 plus tax. To clean the interior was $10 now its $15 and you have to drive it through the car wash yourself to park it to get cleaned. I mean why raise the price if I still have to do half the work. Then they ask for a tip before services are rendered. However, the employees (a few) are pleasant and friendly definitely will not take that away. I may have to take my business to another location unfortunately. Car washes are popping up like taxes so wont be to hard to find. I guess the uncharge was to redesign the interior
