This location charges $15 to have their employees vacuum your car out and there are NO VACUUMS for you to use. YOU WILL HAVE TO EITHER PAY THEM TO DO IT OR YOU WILL HAVE TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I repeated myself several times that I just wanted the basic car wash. He would have no part of it and insisted that I wasn't understanding the options. I told him that HE wasn't understanding that I just wanted the basic wash and to stop upselling me. I gave up and drove off. While I know they always try to upsell you, this was very manipulative and unprofessional. I will NEVER go there again.

I selected the titanium wash and was very happy with the quality of the exterior cleaning. I bypassed the interior detail as I had the truck loaded with kids and luggage and wanted to get back on the road. If this was my local wash, I would exclusively use them. The staff was very professional and a well run business based on my short experience with them. Wish we had one in New Jersey.
