  The guys there were so nice and squeezed me and my flat tire in before closing! Can’t recommend this Mavis enough!

  Brake work is mainly invisible; it was starting to grind and isn't any more. Left it with them & they said they'd call, but didn't. I had to call them to find out it was ready.

  I came in to repair a tire that had low pressure due to a nail puncture. I was greeted by John at the front desk. He said a tech named Tomas would patch the tire once he was done with lunch. I went outside to await for Tomas; while waiting, John approached me and stated the repair would be free. I asked why? John stated it was such a small repair he did not want to charge me. John then stated all I needed to do was write a 5 star google review or just give a gratuity to Tomas the tech who would repair my tire. I stated I have no cash only my debit card. John then said it is ok a 5 star google review would be just fine. Tomas upon arrival precedes to patch my tire. In about an hour I was on my way with no fee just a simple promise of a google review. The following morning when I approached my vehicle I noticed it was almost flat again. I drove back to mavis and explained to another tech that my tire was just repaired or so I thought. The tech looks at my vehicle and notices the bolt was stripped and the tire could not be removed unless he breaks the bolt off. I had explained I was just here the night before. He said there was no record of the repair and they are not accountable. I said your employee Tomas was the last person to remove my tire he was responsible for the damage. The manager tells me there is no record of me repairing my tire there and I would have to pay 140 dollars for the repair. I told the manager it was his employee. He claimed since there was no record of the tire repair, I would be held accountable for the damage done to my tire bolts and was liable for the damage. I now believe John and Tomas employees of Mavis at Lake Mary ran a scam on me. They damaged my tire purposely. They offer free services with the hopes of eliciting gratuity from the patrons and if you do not pay they damage your vehicle. This is a warning to anyone who enters Mavis of Lake Mary looking for honest repairs.GO elsewhere for your safety.

  Excellent and trustworthy place. They take care of you as fast as they can and try to get you the lowest price. Lovely customer service and very accommodating for last minute needs. Absolutely would come back and would recommend them to anyone.

  This is hands down the best tire shop in town! I had an amazing experience, they were able to squeeze me in last minute and get it done same day. They make stressful car troubles seem easy and quick and not as dramatic as they feel. I appreciate the kind people of this shop and the way they take care of their customers. 10/10 recommend Marvis tires to everybody!!! They will not disappoint!!!
