What used to be a place known for excellent customer service has seriously gone downhill. The person at the front counter, Alex, was rude and dismissive from the start. I don’t know if my accent had anything to do with it, but I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome the entire time. Instead of taking the time to explain what was wrong with my car in a clear and respectful way, Alex acted impatient and irritated, as if my questions were an inconvenience. They are the mechanic, I’m not. When a customer asks for clarification, especially about something technical, it’s basic professionalism to explain it properly. I left feeling confused, talked down to, and frankly disrespected. Customer service requires patience, communication skills, and basic courtesy, none of which were demonstrated. It’s unfortunate because this place used to have a reputation for outstanding service. But with Alex representing the front counter at the Lake Mary location, that reputation has taken a serious hit. I will not be returning while this individual is employed there. Very disappointing experience.

Left truck and tire was fixed within an half hour. Picked up truck later that day at my convenience. Thanks to Mavis Tires Lake Mary for a great experience.
