We’ve bought our second car from here and I have nothing but great things to say! We came in with what we were looking for in terms of bells and whistles and budget, and they had plenty on the lot for us to look at and in our price range. Our salesman we worked with was Cody, and he was so nice and personable and even helped out entertain our kids when they got a little antsy. I highly recommend Rountree Moore Nissan and the staff. We will be for sure back when the time comes to buy another car.
Avoid this service department at all costs. 2021 Nissan Mirano. I had forward and rear collision lights on along with the traction control. 241.82 for the diagnostic fee. Service department recommends ABS actuator replacement for 3667.42. Brake fluid change for 219.44. Align 4 wheels for 181.36. Grand total 4068.22. Took the car to a reputable mechanic and diagnosed the car needs a new battery and the 4 wheel alignment for a total of 670.00. No fault lights and the car drives like a dream. Roundtree Moore Nissan would not refund their bogus diagnostic fee and was trying to take even more of my money by doing unneeded repairs. This place will take advantage of you and try to steal your money. Stay away

Customers service was so good after buying my pathfinder that we came back and bought a new frontier. Oscar, Bebo and Anthony were great and were so helpful. Thank you all for working so hard to make sure my husband was in the safest vehicle possible. He absolutely loves his new truck. Be careful about buying a used car from here. One salesman tried to pressure us into a vehicle we didn't want. When we agreed on a different one we were never told the price of the vehicle or the financing cost, only monthly payments. We were told the vehicle was inspected. It broke down after less than 2 weeks. All 4 ball joints and the steering stabilizer were completely shot, over $1000 in repairs. Definitely issues that should have been noticed and repaired with an inspection. Most of the staff was friendly, but I wouldn't go through this dealership again.
