So I went in looking for a truck last year around june. And I was not able to get a truck but they sold me a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with over 100,000 miles on it. I added the extended warranty to the payment so I knew my vehicle was covered. Now my vehicle needs a very special battery for it. That is part of the power train and I called in to get information on what my extended warranty companies name and phone number. I was told that I no longer have an extended warranty that my extended warranty was only good for six months and has expired, but I am still paying for the extended warranty. Because if they would’ve told me that my extended warranty was only for a few months, I would’ve told them no I do not want to add it into my payments and have to pay the financing fee for the extra money. I have given this dealership multiple chances and every time I find something else that they have done just to get a sale and has hurt the consumer in the long run. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle or having any kind of service done there. If I could give them a -5 star, I would. I have got two vehicles from them. But I will not be going back for any reason.

After a very stressful situation regarding a vehicle transaction in December 2025, I want to acknowledge that the issue has now been fully resolved.
General Manager Steve Hoggle at Honda took the time to review my concerns, listen to my family, and make sure everything was properly cleared up. I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort he showed in helping bring this matter to a fair resolution.
While the experience started off difficult, I am thankful that management stepped in, took accountability, and made things right. That level of customer care is important and deserves recognition.
Thank you again to Steve Hoggle for resolving the situation for my family.
Bait and switch tactics. Rude salesman and manager. Spoke to them before traveling there and then it was hundreds of dollars more per month when I got there.
Then basically told me I was poor for wanting that lower price and couldn’t afford the higher price. Wow. That was fun.
Stephen and the repair team have restored my faith in Ford! Excellent service, took care of my issue, under recall, without any hassle whatsoever. Stopped in to set an appointment, scheduled for the next day and was in and out in about 2 hours fully repaired. Thank you Roundtree Moore Ford!

This is a long review. I apologize in advance.
Our Ford Escape's engine blew up on our way back from a Disney cruise in Ft Lauderdale back towards the Atlanta area. We happend to be 2 miles away from Rountree Moore. Our car was towed to the dealership where they determined the engine had coolant leak into the cylinders and blew. Was a terrible situation.
The dealership was very gracious and helped us shuttle to a hotel then after we got settled, back to the dealership where we were able to purchase a new Explorer. The dealership did not attempt to take advantage of us at all and was very gracious. We did have to go back and forth all evening to get to a deal that worked for everyone, which is out of the ordinary in my years of buying cars.
Shoutouts especially to :
Mike the service advisor: He treated us just as good as our SA back in the Metro Atlanta area we have used for years. Talking to him was like talking to someone you would have known for years.
Carson the sales consultant: He was very attentive and tried his best to make this a great experience, even though we didnt want to be there or be in the situation.
Linda: for shuttling us back and forth from the hotel.
Stephen the GM: For not trying to take advantage of us in any way shape or form. He and the rest of the staff all were equally gracious to us.
Again, we in no way were planning to buy a car. Especially out of state and directly after an expensive vacation but the staff did their best to make this a good experience.
