    Update 4/7/26: After posting this original review below, I received a call from a manager and the GM on Monday. Both took full responsibility and sincerely apologized for all the trouble I went through. I feel that their words were genuine. They then pulled some strings with the 3rd party tag agency and got the permanent tag overnighted to my home (received yesterday). Although I’m still a little disappointed that it took so long to resolve the matter (and getting the manager and GM involved), I’m thankful that they ultimately took care of me. Original review from 4/4/2026: First and foremost, I am not a complainer and it takes a lot to get me upset. Overall, I had (and continue to have) a poor sales experience. My wife and I purchased a vehicle in early February for our 16 year old daughter. Since we live out of state (GA), we were told it could take up to 30-45 days for our tag to arrive. We received an initial temp tag the day of the sale, that expired 30 days later and we had to get another temp tag. That second temp tag was good for another 30 days and I was assured we would get the real tag any time. As the weeks went on, I proactively contacted the sales department to get updates. I was given a lot of excuses about the delay. The excuses centered around the third party tag agency they use. I begged them to please stay on top of this situation. As we got within a week of this second temp tag expiring, I was told there were more delays from the tag agency due to some software updates. They told me not to worry though and that they would send me a third temp tag before it expires. With Easter weekend coming up and our tag expiring on Easter Sunday, I stressed that they send us the temp tag before Easter weekend. Well, they waited until Friday to mail the temp tag and shockingly - the tag hasn’t made it to us and that it won’t be here until Monday! After contacting the dealership again, their resolution was to just give me a UPS tracking number and tell me that if I get pulled over, to explain to the police that a new tag was in route. I told them that I did not thing it was acceptable for me to put my daughter through a police encounter like that. I’m disgusted by this service and I can never recommend any person to use this dealership. My experience shows me that they only cared to make the initial sale back in February and did not care to do anything else to take care of us.

    Horrible. Pushy salesman and overheard the area manager being very condescending to a car detailer. She started to cry he was so rude. We just left because their moral values don’t match ours. Honda and dodge were the same. Then found out they are owned by same group. Go somewhere else, they don’t deserve our hard earned money or time.

    Me and my family stopped here because we were having problems with our suburban misfiring on our way home 20 hours away while visiting Florida and when I walked in to ask for service I was met by some very rude people and were unwilling to help even though when I walked in they were just standing around doing nothing. I ended up leaving and fixing our vehicle in the Orileys parking lot instead because I didn’t trust there people to work on it and didn’t wanna give them my business after how they acted. Horrible customer service do not come here.

    I hate doing reviews. But as a business owner of a couple of businesses myself I think they are important. We drove for almost 3 hours to your dealership to buy a truck. Had a check ready to write out. When we got there the sales lady wasn't friendly at all like we was a bother to her. First thing she wanted was my driver's license before she could even show me the truck. Now I do understand the driver's license to test drive but not to show the truck. She wasn't able to answer a single question about the truck. And the truck was very nasty inside and out. Not what I would have expected when she knew we was on the way. The sales manager came out and offered to help but by this time I was already done with this attempted purchase. She obviously needs more training or a career change. To top it off the truck was on empty and the gas light was on. Couldn't even take it on a decent test drive.
