  OMG I'm a longtime customer and I just had the worst experience EVER with Penske! i had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my truck and car carrier. Then they didn't have the size truck I requested. Had to take a much larger one. So not only am I almost 2 hours behind, I have to spend more money on fuel and that large beast of a truck only goes 60 mph!! so a normal trip that should have taken 16 hours ended up taking almost 20 hours! Penske never offered a discount at all for being a longtime customer or for my great inconvenience. NEVER again will I rent from Penske. You have lost a good customer.

  They should have 0 stars! I've been sitting on side of the road with my daughter and our furr babies waiting for someone to come checkout what is going on with the brakes! First we were told an hour and half, called back now it's another 35 mins. All the while wasting gas trying to keep a comfortable temperature in the cabin. DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY AN UNRELIABLE FLEET

  Over charged me. Also did not have my truck when I needed it. Management at corporate locations are 5 star but home depot employees ruin the penske brand.
