  If I could give negative numbers I would. I reserved a sedan,they confirmed it would be there,but when I arrived they gave me a tiny underpowered, uncomfortable little Mitsubishi outlander. They tried to convince me it was an upgrade! It may as well been a golf cart.

  Staff was courteous, the wait was short and the car was clean with only 8,000 miles. Highly recommend Enterprise!

  I rented vehicles twice in the last few months. Both times the vehicles stunk inside, and were dirty inside and the windows were very dirty. Seemed like a rush job to get another customer in it as soon as possible . Then they would call me in the middle of the rental asking me when I would be returning it. The second time I needed a rental, I got dropped off at Enterprise in the morning, they said they had no cars available, but the lot seemed full. They did not offer me a ride. I was stuck there on my own . Then they try and get you to pay little fees here and there above the rental cost. I flat refused and got loud, they waived the charges. They say they come and get you and drop you off, yes , if it's like 3 miles away. I promise you, I will not rent there again.
