No one and I do mean NO one even attempted to get them off!!! I came to Tire Kingdom as literally a last chance at a possible miracle, well let me tell you…,, I should have came here first, the young man Chris in the lobby got right on my need and went to work on finding someone that could get the locking lug nuts off…. Well out came Adam…… Adam worked tirelessly running back and forth as if he was on a mission to get them off and he didn’t stop until he did, also Seth came out helping as well.. These guys went above and beyond and didn’t hesitate to do what was needed to help me!! I wasted my time going everywhere else, From now on…. It will be Tire Kingdom that gets my business!! Thank you Tire Kingdom for hiring such amazing and caring young men! Their efforts today made a forever customer!!

I won't go anywhere else...I bought 2 used vehicles that needed work, tires, brakes, struts, battery, alignments etc. Amanda, and Seth are the BEST!!! They took their time out to explain everything to me that was wrong with both vehicle's. I trust them 1000% with my cars. Great service, honest, fun, and overall knowledgeable about their services, and products. Very perfessional!!!!

- MHMarshall HillhouseDec 26, 20251.0Disappointed is an understatement, the day before I booked a noon appointment the next day for 4 new tires mounted and balanced, I took my wheels up there at noon and they told me the tires I already ordered and scheduled the appointment for were not there, and they couldn’t tell me any eta on my tires that were preordered and scheduled for noon and finally over 5 hours later 30 minutes before they close I finally get a call my tires are there and mounted, I would have understood if I was just a walk in but I preordered and scheduled this appointment for noon and apon bringing these tires home and inspecting my wheel weights they were not pressed on correctly and I easy peeled 4 weights off just by playing with them with my finger so after several hundred dollars in tires and services and waiting 5 hours more then expected I had to hammer my own weights on, I don’t expect perfection but the bare minimum woulda been nice and I didn’t get that
