    This is a long review. I apologize in advance. Our Ford Escape's engine blew up on our way back from a Disney cruise in Ft Lauderdale back towards the Atlanta area. We happend to be 2 miles away from Rountree Moore. Our car was towed to the dealership where they determined the engine had coolant leak into the cylinders and blew. Was a terrible situation. The dealership was very gracious and helped us shuttle to a hotel then after we got settled, back to the dealership where we were able to purchase a new Explorer. The dealership did not attempt to take advantage of us at all and was very gracious. We did have to go back and forth all evening to get to a deal that worked for everyone, which is out of the ordinary in my years of buying cars. Shoutouts especially to : Mike the service advisor: He treated us just as good as our SA back in the Metro Atlanta area we have used for years. Talking to him was like talking to someone you would have known for years. Carson the sales consultant: He was very attentive and tried his best to make this a great experience, even though we didnt want to be there or be in the situation. Linda: for shuttling us back and forth from the hotel. Stephen the GM: For not trying to take advantage of us in any way shape or form. He and the rest of the staff all were equally gracious to us. Again, we in no way were planning to buy a car. Especially out of state and directly after an expensive vacation but the staff did their best to make this a good experience.

    MAJOR shoutout to Corey Smith, Mr. Jayson Kelley, G, and Jayden Kelley for truly working me an amazing deal on my brand new Ford Explorer. They made this process so much smoother than I’ve ever experienced buying a vehicle. Go see Corey for your car needs, him and the finance team will take amazing care of you and do what it takes for you to walk out the door happy and pleased! Thank you guys again for an awesome experience and my new whip!!

    Husband and i brought a vehicle late evening about a month and a half ago. My husband and i test drive the car with the sales man Corey Smith. I mentioned that it’s a little shaking, Corey response was they do a full check before they put vehicle up for sale on their lot. As we signed the deal we both made sure we purchase extra warranty. Next morning with sun light we notice the tire had a bubble in it, so we called they told me to bring the car up to replace it and when i get there they act stuck on stupid like they didn’t have any clue. As i wait about a hour they said they didn’t have a key for the tire to replace it. That they will have to order one. 2 weeks went by no one called to confirm that the key came in after it was said they will give me a call when it arrives. Meantime i take the car to BMW to do a whole complete diagnostic on the car . Car came back that the engine mounts are bad reason why car shakes.. plus it’s minor scratches and paint chips on car (warranty for that as well) So as my husband and i try to contact Jayden Kelley the finance leader about the warranty who Corey directed us to for all warranty issues HE Jayden had me on hold then said he will give me a call back and never did and when i call back they give me a run around.SO UNPROFESSIONAL… Next step i figure to solve this is to just drive all the way there to see what’s really going on.

    When we bought our explorer new on 2022 we bought an unlimited mile warranty. We was told the warranty was good for as long as we had the car and we could even transfer it if we wanted. Now the car is messing up and we was told the warranty was only good for 3 years. Why would I have bought and unlimited miles warranty for only 3 years when the car is already under warranty for 3 years. We was told a lie. But when I called up there and asked about it all they wanted to do was sell me a new car. I'll never deal with this dealership again.
