    DO NOT buy your next car here! Sold a lemon to my niece and won’t help her in any way. Poor business standards. Paid $15k but needs a new transmission that will cost $18k to repair. DO BETTER Rountree Moore Ford!

    Sold us a 2021 nissan kicks for 14 grand and it came with a dead transmission they didn’t tell us about. They refuse to fix the issue or contribute any money to the 18 THOUSAND it would cost to even make it run. Absolutely horrid people and they had a pre inspection that said the transmission was in perfect condition and the spark plugs were replaced. Took it in today and the spark plugs are completely eroded away and the engine needs to be replaced.

    Paula Day this place was awesome. Emmett helped out every way that’s possible. everyone up there very polite and helping out they made you feel like Family. They were not high pressure people to get you to buy something they listen to me and did exactly what I wanted. When other dealers gave me the runaround. They helped me with the best interest rate that was possible too. If anybody’s looking to go buy a vehicle please go see emmett at Rountree Moore Ford in Lake City Florida.
