  Had an emergency where my 2011 Chevrolet Equinox was misfiring. Service department helped me get it fixed same day. They were also very honest and pointed out other issues that need to be fixed. I will definitely be back for future repairs and services.

  I am pleased with the service received at Rountree Moore Chevrolet. Robyn Sims was professional and knowledgeable and very courteous. My vehicle's oil was changed and tires rotated, and it was ready timely with not too long of a wait. I highly recommend the vehicle service center at Rountree Moore Chevrolet.

  Ok,arrived at appointment time 0730. They finished at approximately 1130. You answer your own questions Did I forget to mention I'm almost an hour away. No courtesy car wash. To busy. KMA

  Carl was my salesman. Awesome dude couldn’t ask for a better experience. They provided me with drinks snacks anything I could ask for they got me to a great car. Had a great price in the situation that I was in. I really think if you’re looking for a car in Lake City or the surrounding areas go see Carl he is awesome. He’s also got some great stories as well because you always know when you buy a car takes three or four hours he definitely keeps you entertained walked in with a car that was less than $3000 in value and turned around with getting almost 10 K for my used Car. And walked out with an absolutely beautiful 2023 Kia carnival with eight sets And a beautiful brown orange color. Ten out of ten would recommend.

  After a less than desirable experience with a different local dealer who gave me the all day run around just trying to get an "Estimated" breakdown of term lengths & costs, I decided to visit Rountree Moore Chevy instead. From the very beginning when I met with Connor Ratliff, he was down to earth, honest, and didn't try to blow smoke. He showed me several trucks in my price range and then we got it worked out for a brand new truck instead without breaking the bank. His exemplary customer service has even extended past the sale date. He's helped me with questions, scheduling, and aftermarket warranty concerns after selling me the truck.
