    My situation was a little unique and I explained it to *Taylor Willamson* who went over and beyond to assist me. I found a truck I wanted, and she stuck with me the whole time. I had to wait 3 weeks for my unique situation to be resolved, and Taylor stuck it out with me instead of pushing me off to another salesperson.     I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from this dealership. Halfway through a five-hour drive, my truck went into limp mode, and I called at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday hoping they might have the part I needed. Shane took the call, and even though the part wasn’t in stock, he went above and beyond—within minutes he had located it at another dealership, purchased it, and made it available for me to pick up. I was truly blown away by the compassion, urgency, and hospitality Shane showed. Because of his dedication, my family and I were able to get back on the road and finish our trip. Exceptional customer service all around.

    After having done tons of research on a lower priced new vehicle (I found aTrax on their website), had spoken with Dee, a wonderful young man, and we were on the same page when I arrived for my appointment. I was told the Trax had sold the night before 🤔. (I think it's called click bait) Dee showed me another small SUV. Then Chason comes and pushes my salesman out of the way and took over. He was rude and nasty. (It was me, an old woman, and my daughter). Guess he was going to show the young guy how you manipulate the stupid women, the little ladies. He presents a price higher than the actual sticker price. Then he rolls out some used, old, filthy, stinky Rogue. Needless to say we left. No bad feelings to Dee. Loved him. Ladies if you decide to try and buy a car here avoid Chason. I had also planned on looking at a Versa but after the experience we wouldn't even stop because same owners. I did buy a new car at another dealership same day. Night and day treatment.
