  Don't use. They don't refund if you return the equipment early and when their equipment had 2 blowouts in 10 miles requiring 4 hours of sitting roadside to fix they just say "sorry". Also gave me a dolly with a broken wheel so it was unusable.

  OMG I'm a longtime customer and I just had the worst experience EVER with Penske! i had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get my truck and car carrier. Then they didn't have the size truck I requested. Had to take a much larger one. So not only am I almost 2 hours behind, I have to spend more money on fuel and that large beast of a truck only goes 60 mph!! so a normal trip that should have taken 16 hours ended up taking almost 20 hours! Penske never offered a discount at all for being a longtime customer or for my great inconvenience. NEVER again will I rent from Penske. You have lost a good customer.

  Over charged me. Also did not have my truck when I needed it. Management at corporate locations are 5 star but home depot employees ruin the penske brand.
