- MMM MillerAug 16, 20251.0Very disappointed with the work done on my black Subaru, black mark every where on the inside of the SUV no detail was done inside my car they left every window dusty and nasty a total wrack very disappointed with the service from them it's absolutely disgusting how a company ask you to give them a 5 star rating it's sickening and now I have to actually pay another company to detail my SUV because inside was dusty and dirty the Gerber tech left my car. $7300 later they are not what they say they are a total disgrace to the Greber Collision Center, the estimator did not do his job.

I'm really not sure WHY they would be a "hightly rated" auto body repair shop. What a waste of time... My response to their reply: Talk to the manager, he told the receptionist they don't work on vehicles that might have collision damage to the wheel or components that hold them to the frame. This is the ONLY shop that claims to be a collision repair shop that DON'T actually repair collision issues. FYI: Seems there might NOT be damage to wheel or tie-rod after all, now other need to know your company falsely advertises being a collision repair shop that WOULDN'T even look at my vehicle when I stated a "tie-rod" might have been bent.
