I felt welcomed coming in and treated with kindness and friendly hospitality. Their service to get a car was probably 5-10 minutes total. Keep it up and spread the love to other locations 😊

Showed up the next morning after reading the confirmation email 10x or more and was given completely different information. They don't accept debit cards for out of state individuals even though the website states it DOES. They said they need 2-3 days notice for a reservation and since it was placed on a holiday they didn't want to fulfill the reservation. When I stated it does NOT say that in the confirmation email I was given attitude and told EVERYTHING is in the email. Lol no it's not. Depending on what type of vehicle they wanted either a $300 or $700 deposit. Then before I finally walked out to find a different rental agency I said I didn't want any extra protections and I was questioned if my personal car insurance would cover. Seriously? Good thing another company in town got us on the road so we could get home. Terrible customer service.

I have been a loyal customer for several years, typically renting a car once a month, and the staff is consistently accommodating and understanding. While they are a small store, and sometimes the selection is limited, they always make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. I often book several weeks in advance and call a week prior to confirm the reservation (as the online system occasionally glitches). They are always proactive about confirming the vehicle I want or suggesting alternatives, which I appreciate. The young lady who recently became the assistant manager is exceptional. (Congrats you deserve it and more) She works very hard to make things work for customers, remembers regulars, greets us by name, and embodies the best Southern hospitality. I would highly recommend this branch to anyone needing a rental car in the Lake City area.
