He checked my battery and everything to make sure that’s what it was then did everything he could to help me get the part I needed. I managed to limp it to local repair shop and get it all fixed. I was kind panicked when this all happened as we were driving home to Kentucky from southern florida. He made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. Even informed me of core deposit and money I could get back! I did go back and retrieve it after the repairs were done. We made it home later than expected but we made it!
