I came in to have my battery checked, and Adam was incredibly professional, friendly, and informative. He used a battery tester to show me that my battery needed replacement and guided me in choosing the right one for my vehicle. While I was there, I noticed both Adam and Michael Scott expertly managing a busy influx of customers with politeness and professionalism. I didn’t even realize Michael had stepped outside to replace my Jeep’s battery until he returned to inform me that my battery terminals were substandard, stretched, and held together with shims. He helped me select high-quality replacement terminals and installed them, even tidying up my radio audio cables for a clean, professional finish that ensured electrical safety. Both Adam and Michael went above and beyond, earning this store a well-deserved five-star review. I highly recommend this location, especially when these two gentlemen are working. He actually popped the hood, checked the fuse there, then went down and checked the fuse under the steering wheel. He walked us through what he was doing step by step so we weren’t left in the dark. After a thorough check, he determined it wasn’t the fuses at all—it was a bad brake light switch. Instead of just telling us what part to buy, he fixed it right then and there! The best part? He didn’t make it feel stressful or technical. He was extremely friendly, very helpful, and honestly hilarious. He kept us laughing the whole time which made the whole experience way more enjoyable than we expected.
