One of our company vehicles needed a new battery, but this was with an employee who was far from our office location. Michael S. was the person who helped me when I called this location and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was straightforward and extremely helpful with what battery we needed and made things simple for my employee to stop by and get the battery changed. Saved me a lot of time and stress!! Absolutely outstanding service!
- TRTerry RayDec 31, 20255.0This is the only advance in Lake city I would go to. The other one marked ( A) on Google Maps has a black guy named will that tried to fight me on the phone. He didn't know what part I needed when I explained to him even gave him a number.. I asked if there was someone else I could talk to that knew how to look up parts on a computer. he started cussing me off and hung up on me. So I went up there walked in there confronted him and then spoke to his manager. Nothing has happened he is not recommended Etc he should definitely not be working there. This isn't the first occasion with the same guy named will doing this to me and others. He is ruining that store. I hear stories from everybody about this guy. I will never go there again. I went to the other Advance Auto Parts downtown, they were extremely knowledgeable, respectful and nice. Even educated me on some stuff about the part in general that I had and needed. They had to order one of the parts from the store I just left. The manager told me he would drive to go get that part if I needed to which is very respectful and nice. But I just went ahead and paid for everything there and drove there myself and picked it up. All in all, the Advance Auto Parts marked (B) on Google Maps is the best one in Lake City the one marked (A) needs to be investigated and reviewed.
