    I installed race track members card bought a pizza usually 1099 with members card The clerk said my card would not be valid for 24 hours , so they charge me full price for my pizza and my drink. It was $5 difference I did not believe the 24-hour wait, so I bought a coffee and it scanned with the discount. I mentioned this to the clerk he says that's what he was told at corporate and there's nothing he could do about it even though he knew my membership card was activated and good for purchases. He suggested I go to Domino's next door to get a pizza for $10. This really made me mad. I said you know on membership card is good it is active and there's $5 difference between what you charge me and if you would have scanned my new membership. I said can't you go any register and have it a $5 bill since you were wrong about the activation taking 24 hours. So well that's what corporate told me, I said they lied to you and everybody you tell that to you're lying to not just me. I said for customer satisfaction I'm not trying to get over on you I don't like to get ripped off that's all she can't you give me $5 bill he returned he says that's what I'm trying to do. So I had to return everything and get my money back and then he rang it up and scan my card it was $5 difference. The whole thing took 15 minutes of my time back and forth to my car and my girlfriend who was really mad I have gout in my feet toes especially it was very painful for me to walk back and forth four or five times. Plus buying a coffee that I didn't want. Clerk said he gave that to me he didn't charge me for it thank God anyway that was my experience it's always some problem at your station they look at you like you're trying to steal something when you walk in the door constantly watching you. It makes you want to try and steal something just to fool them show them they're not so smart. I don't do that but that's how it makes you feel. Your clerk would never admit that he made a mistake and that corporate told him wrong information. I deserved an apology and his realizing that he made a mistake and admitting to it. Anyway that was my experience at your station which I visit regularly. Also I asked him to speak to a manager I asked if I should come back into daytime and talk to somebody. He said there's three managers for one for each shift and he did not know where his manager was that evening. He had an answer for everything. I worry about how he treats future customers who get the membership at and then try and buy something, which the female clerk said we could do. The mail clerk would not let us bring it up with our card. Everything I told you is true, unbelievable customer service. Unbelievably poor what I meant to say. When I went back in the first time I had to keep my girlfriend from going and she was so upset I said no I'll do it and I ask the clerk for my receipt. I said if I'm going to get ripped off I want to know how much I'm getting ripped off for. I was not loud I was not excited I didn't speak to him out of turn or unprofessionally. No clear curse words but he knew I meant business and that I was right but it would not ever admit it to it I asked them to admit that corporate was wrong and he said that's what they told me so I have to go by that. What a bunch of bull. Also I did not know that Domino's had a whole pizza for basically the same price as yours using the card. He told me I can get as many as I want for $10 at Domino's maybe that's what I'll do from now on. No problem with the pizza thank God it tastes great even though the clark they're ignore me for about 5 minutes I was standing there as she was cleaning finally I asked are you the one that makes the pizzas then she'd be gradually came over and took my order maybe it was just a bad night, but I never Lost my temper or raise my voice. I was proud of myself for being so calm when I was treated so poorly. Sorry if that's a long text, but I tried to tell the whole story. I'm just sorry I did not get the clerk's name. We were at the store on Sunday night on April 12th at 9:00 p.m.

    My husband goes there every morning for his breakfast and coffee everything used to be out and fresh but now the service is horrible no breakfast sausage in the morning and the hotdog on the grill. I’ve been overcooked and they’re like jerky. The person that’s preparing the food. It’s too busy, checking inventory or running late and not opening the store on time Managment needs to step in and correct this or you will lose business.

    The. Manager just made a black lady cry for no reason except her own racist ways!!!! I saw it with my own eyes!!! I was absolutely appalled
