  I had ordered tires from Amazon and had them sent to the Goodyear they arrived in Lady Lake. They scheduled my appointment at 8:00 which I Ioved because I'm a morning person. When I arrived i was greated by a gentleman who jusy so was kind and courteous. It took about an hour to put all four tires on. Thank you Goodyear in lady lake !!! Your service is much appreciated!!!   Went in for oil change and spoke with Aaron Spiess. He was so amazing. So professional and knowledgeable about what my car needed. He Explained everything to me and even gave me a discount. I was very pleased and they will now be my "go to" garage for all my car maintenance. Excellent place.

  This shop has been the best experience I have ever had at an automotive repair shop. Aaron Spiess is an expert at his craft. Well spoken, caring, understanding, and actually cares to help the customer. I have never dealt with a manager like Aaron. We just love Aaron. His high expectations of his staff which were all great to deal with and do business with. Never have I been to a shop and seen everyone well dressed with their shirts tucked in. Great and fast service. Went out of his way, dropped everything to help us with our flat tire in Home Depot parking lot. Which was unexpected when walking to our car. Thought we were gonna have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new tire. Which turned into just a tire repair. With washer fluid full now, a good battery that was tested. Brakes in good shape. Belts look good. Filters were clean. Coolant topped off. Which I didn’t know was low. Didn’t know all 4 tire pressures were low. This was truly professionalism at its finest. We didn’t know what to do, where to go or how to handle this unfortunate incident with our flat tire. We were blessed to meet and deal with Aaron at Goodyear. I know what I need to do now and how to maintain my car. If it wasn’t for the best manager in world. We could have had a bad day and no money. Aaron saved the day and my car and my money. With any automotive repair I may need with my cars. I know who too call and where to go. Aaron Spiess at Goodyear in lady lake. Just a wonderful experience with him and his staff. All smiles with everyone you talk to. All listen and all care about the consumer. Will be back with all of my family and their cars. They will be the only shop to work on our vehicles. I trust Aaron and I trust Goodyear. A shot out to the people that saw something in him to manage this shop. A great shop, great staff and an even better manager. What you all need to know, is go see Aaron Spiess at Goodyear. You won’t regret it.

  I went to Goodyear with a friend this morning.Her car left her stranded at the gas pump at Sam's club. She got a jump and drove it right out of parking lot into Goodyear. Coby took the car in and did a complete diagnostic check. It turned out it was her battery. He could have said it was the alternator or something else. Very honest! Upon sitting there with her I inquired about a tire sensor which has been bad on my car for months! He told me 80 bucks to fix it!!! I was so excited to have it fixed ! Not only did they fix it but they did a once over on my car put air in my tires checked my brakes ect. I am so happy to have found a honest place to take my car! I highly recommend this establishment! Love them !!!!
