Well spoken, caring, understanding, and actually cares to help the customer. I have never dealt with a manager like Aaron. We just love Aaron. His high expectations of his staff which were all great to deal with and do business with. Never have I been to a shop and seen everyone well dressed with their shirts tucked in. Great and fast service. Went out of his way, dropped everything to help us with our flat tire in Home Depot parking lot. Which was unexpected when walking to our car. Thought we were gonna have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new tire. Which turned into just a tire repair. With washer fluid full now, a good battery that was tested. Brakes in good shape. Belts look good. Filters were clean. Coolant topped off. Which I didn’t know was low. Didn’t know all 4 tire pressures were low. This was truly professionalism at its finest. We didn’t know what to do, where to go or how to handle this unfortunate incident with our flat tire. We were blessed to meet and deal with Aaron at Goodyear. I know what I need to do now and how to maintain my car. If it wasn’t for the best manager in world. We could have had a bad day and no money. Aaron saved the day and my car and my money. With any automotive repair I may need with my cars. I know who too call and where to go. Aaron Spiess at Goodyear in lady lake. Just a wonderful experience with him and his staff. All smiles with everyone you talk to. All listen and all care about the consumer. Will be back with all of my family and their cars. They will be the only shop to work on our vehicles. I trust Aaron and I trust Goodyear. A shot out to the people that saw something in him to manage this shop. A great shop, great staff and an even better manager. What you all need to know, is go see Aaron Spiess at Goodyear. You won’t regret it.
