Even though my purchase was clearly in the system using my phone number, the employees refused to help just because I didn’t have the physical receipt. I was left waiting over 30 minutes with no solution. What’s disappointing is that the employee who used to work here before and spoke Spanish was always very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, the new employees do not provide the same level of customer service.
