  Awful customer service. I paid for everything up front, and received an alignment voucher. I specifically asked the gentleman when the voucher expires and replied it does not expire. Now as im trying to get the service ive already paid for, they will not honor it. They now say the voucher is only good for 3 to 5 days and that is not printed on the voucher nor anywhere in the shop.

  I gave the review 4 stars because the rims and tires. We bought are bad to the bone. Makes my truck look super tough was able to buy him same day and as you can see in the pictures completely changed the look of my truck. So that makes me happy very much. So price was a little high. But what can you do in a place where most people pay month to month? Rent a wheel and I went in there and paid cash. So I'm not complaining about the price, but the only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because I went in there and told the man specifically I wanted to buy newrims and tires. My factory tires had 40000 miles on them 265 60 r20 i told Joseph directly I did not want to rub or scrub or put a lift kit or a leveling kit. I just wanted to put some a little more aggressive. Looking tires with the same size 20x9 rims and same size tires. They did not have the same size tires. I was looking for, so he put 285 60 r20 tires with 20x10 rims. He told me it would take about an hour to balance the tires. So we left to go get something to eat. Came back about an hour later. And he said he would start doing the balancing. Now I don't know why it took an hour, but that's already passed. So I stayed at the shop for an additional hour. For the tires to be balanced, then they came got the truck and went and mounted the tires in the back. I got a peek through the door and I loved what I saw. I was very excited, then he drove the truck to the front, and I saw it up front and was blown away at the look, my wife even opened her eyes bigger, as she likes the way it looks so he immediately said he wanted to show me something took me outside.And showed me that the tires rubbed!!!! S.M.H. EXACTLY WHAT I DIDN'T WANT!!! THEY WERE RUBBING UNDERNEATH THE MUD FLAPS AND ON THE FENDER.WELL, SO IF YOU CAN SEE IN THE LAST PHOTO I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO A MECHANIC SHOP AND GET THE MUDFLAX.TAKEN OFTHEY WERE RUBBING UNDERNEATH THE MUD FLAPS AND ON THE FENDER. WELL, SO IF YOU CAN SEE IN THE LAST PHOTO I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO A MECHANIC SHOP AND GET THE MUDFLAPS TAKEN OFF AND THE UNDER SIDE OF THE WHEEL.WELL NEEDED TO BE SHAVED DOWN!!! What a gave a 5 star rating, but I told him in the beginning. What I did not want and he came outside was something that I was stuck with. I asked him if we should put 275 60's back on it and he said no just do some minor cutting S.M.H. "DANG JOSEPH" like that...all good 200 dollars later there is no rubbing now........I would recommend buying wheels from here but having them installed!!! Ohh I forgot my guy was trying to sell me some used 35 inch tires with 12.5 width before I bought the 285's new 10 inch wide lololol I GET YOU TRYING MAKE A SALE BUT COME ON BRO We good though but I could only give 4 stars for this reason.

  Very happy with their service and customer service and how well they explained everything. Was able to walk out with new rims and tires the same day! Thank you Carla for taking care of my family car.

  Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and had quick service. They brought out the actual rims to my truck beforehand so I could see what they would look like. Once I figured out what I wanted, they’re were all installed in about an hour. Very quick and easy process.
