  I will use this location again. The staff were very friendly and got me into the right vehicle for me. The wait time was also reasonable.

  I was involved in an accident and I had to pick up a car from this place which I called the reservations part and said that I should be good to pick up the car at 5:30pm I got there a little late because of rain and traffic even though I called saying I was going to be a few minutes late and got there at 5:57pm. Rude staff and they will treat you bad. They do not care about customer service and the lady in the front with glasses made fun of me and started saying things in a sarcastic way. Avoid this place at all cost. Someone named Martell said that if I did not arrived earlier that it will close the spot. Rude people.

  My family of 6 rented an SUV for a week during spring break and had a really good experience at this enterprise. Emily Dang helped us when we arrived to pick up our vehicle and actually assisted us with an upgraded vehicle that fit my family + luggage better. The upgrade fee was not bad at all for the larger vehicle she helped us get. The actual SUV was incredible and drove my family to Tennessee and back comfortably. When we returned the vehicle Gustavo helped us and was very kind and answered all of our questions. We are definitely going to be coming back to this enterprise next year when we go on vacation! Thank you again Emily and Gustavo.

  Worst customer service! First they gave me a dirty and smelly car and I told the agent and he said it wasn’t his problem and he was new. Then unfortunately the car got impounded because of a parking lot mistake and I call them and they never pick up and once they pick they told me that another department handles that and that they can’t communicate with the other department because they don’t have a number so they don’t know when I’ll be able to get a replacement, all the while I am on the verge of tears because I work full time and have medical appointments to go and need a replacement car. They have no sense of urgency or care. Dealing with them has been a headache.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I made a reservation and even received a call the day before to confirm it. At no point during that call did anyone mention that this location closes at 2:00 PM. I arrived at 2:30 PM to pick up my rental only to find the location completely closed. I was lucky enough to speak with a staff member who was still there, but instead of trying to help, I was told that I “should have checked the hours.” The thing is, I’m from out of town, so please don’t assume that everyone knows this location closes at 2 PM. Honestly, who expects a car rental location to close that early? To make matters worse, I was told their system was already shut down and there was nothing they could do. This left me stranded in the Enterprise parking lot with no solution. Now I have to pay for an Uber just to get to another Enterprise location to try and get the rental I had already reserved. Very poor communication and extremely inconvenient customer service. If you’re calling customers to confirm reservations, the least you can do is let them know about an unusually early closing time so people don’t end up stranded like I did.
