- CRCe RosadoOct 24, 20251.0I went for a oil and filter change, as I do past times and no one asked me what type of services I wanted or if I wanted to do the same oil,they just went and do the past services.The employee recommended to do a fuel system engine which I agree to do because it was due and he gave a good discount. But then as I look what they doing,they usually put the maxlife oil from the little oil gun they have on the barrel, this time they just put a couple of gray bottle in my car and never used the oil gun like they used to. I asked if they putting the oil in the bottle now? And he said that they put it from the little gun and I knew he didn't and between back and forth I let it go because I was already an hour in there and left but they tried to say that the put the oil that I paid for but they didn't and after all this time going to this location, now I feel that I can't trust the employee as they can put whatever they want and we don't pay attention, they get away with it. As I highlighted the good before for the services and employee, now I feel untrustworthy and If I find a place that can do the same services as this, I will take my business to them.
- FFFreedom FloresOct 21, 20251.0Not every shop runs the same. I Waited for a long time just to get in the bay and then I sat there for another 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me. I asked to have my wiper blade replaced.I guess they forgot I asked for an A.C service , they said they could not do it there. (Had it done at different valvoline 3yrs previously ) but they did instruct me to go to walmart and told me to write down the stuff I could buy. Sadly at no point did we go through the inspection steps that I have always gone through when I pull through a valvoline. (Blinkers, lights, etc.) When they were done with my oil change , they did show me the clean oil. But the car next to me wanted to pay in cash.So they sent the person that was checking me out to get change across the street so I had to wait for him to walk over there.Take care of the car in the Bay next to me.And then come use my computer for payment. I Was at this place for over an hour & 20minutes I will not return to this location in Kissimmee. I will continue to drive to Hunter's Creek and Visit That Location instead. It runs smoothly.They ask what I need& we always get quality friendly service for all our cars.
