I was taken advantage of due to my limited knowledge of car fluids and charged $129 just to fill my radiator, when a gallon of antifreeze costs $11.99 at any auto parts store. That is an outrageous and unjustified markup and feels like outright robbery. This happened at the location on 2183 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Practices like this are deceptive and unacceptable. I strongly recommend that others be cautious before doing business here.

There was one guy with a nose ring (and I only describe him this way out of respect for not knowing his name), who didn't crack a lick of welcome or emotion. It made me feel very awkward and I TOTALLY understood this was JUST a job to him and nothing else was important. He hardly seemed to want to answer my questions, like it was a task. He didn't even remember to reset my oil life alert. I won't be going there anymore, as he made the place seem dead and lifeless.
