First of all, they offered excellent option to become a member that none of car washes can offer right now. Secondly, their customer service is exceptional. I should mention the assistance of Unike, the cashier at the front side who guided me through all process till the end. Thank you. In terms of outdoor wash, my car is shining. It was well cleaned and it took about 30 seconds to get my car in clean shape.

- JPJackson PitcherOct 19, 20252.0Overall the car wash wasn’t terrible. The wash seemed to do an okay job but it definitely left something to be desired, especially at 26$. The body of my vehicle looks okay, besides multiple deep scratches it left on my truck, and I did notice the wheels look half way cleaned, and there is a hazy residue left on all my windows & exterior mirrors, as well as back up camera. The free vacuum was nice, and had good power. Very comparable to other car washes in the area. The one thing this car wash lacks, that others provide is the free detailing supplies. At a different car wash I use, their highest package is 24$ , I get a free air freshener, free vacuums , free interior sprays, micro fiber towels, and air compressor are included with every wash. Tommy’s express wash does have these things as an option, for an extra $5.00. Overall I give this place 2 stars. It’s not a bad place , but for the price , there are definitely improvements to be made. Directly after going here, I went to the car wash I normally use , and got my air freshener, interior detailed, and everything Tommy express left behind clean up. Unfortunately I don’t think I will go back.
