  I’m having a great experience with my rental and I want to extend 2 days and I was told that I have to go Kissimmee to do this! I’m in Sebring and it’s an hour and 45 minutes to get there. With all of the technology available, there has to be a simpler way of doing this.

  Nice cars but was a bit confused on how to drop this off after coming from the airport. Felt like an odd setup when told by valet to simply give them the keys and they would handle it.

  Car was great but opted out of extra insurance since my credit card covers rentals insurance. when returning the car 2 days later, they claimed there was a dent try to charge me $1k more for the small dent that was never visible.

  The margaritaville branch team are always really friendly and helpful. They always make my experience a positive one.

  I gave 5 stars when I received the car, after returning it, the next day i got an email telling me the car has a new damage (a scratch) for what they want to charge me around $1400.-, this is a recurrent issue with many customers, so this is an scam. Stay away from these people if you can call them people.
