- DTDaphne ThomasJan 5, 20261.0I rent from SIXT often without any issues until this recent rental whereas I waited almost 45 minutes for the vehicle. I was told it was being washed and refueled. Once I returned the car, I was told everything was okay only to receive an email stating there were damages. I uploaded the video to show the condition upon pickup but highly disappointed in the follow up from SIXT. Additionally, the receipt shows that I drove over a thousand miles on the vehicle which is also inaccurate and indicates the long wait for the vehicle upon pickup. Clearly there was not a close out on the vehicle from the previous renter of the same vehicle.

Did the prepaid fuel to save time during the trip, never had to fill up! We had to return the car earlier than expected and were discounted the unused days of the booking. One thing Im not sure if I really needed was the toll pass. Maps shows Disney theme park entrances as "tolls" but these are merely the parking fee, not actual the actual tollway. When exiting this location at Margaritaville, note you need to press a button for the gate to open- sign could've been more visible.

Nous avons réserver une voiture pour une journée, arrivée sur place la voiture n'était pas disponible, nous avons du attendre plus de 30 minutes qu'ils nous donnent une voiture différente. La voiture sentait horriblement mauvais une très forte odeur de drogue marijuana !!!!! Horrible, nous avons du rouler les fenêtres ouvertes toute la journée alors qu'il faisait très froid dehors. La vendeuse de mauvaise fois m'a dit que ca ne sentait pas la marijuana mais le cuir !!!! Nous étions 5 personnes à dire que ca sentait bien la drogue mais elle était de mauvaise fois. Au retour du véhicule, elle ne se donne même pas la peine de se lever de sa chaise, nous dit de poser les clés et que tout est bon, aucun contrôle de la voiture !!!! C'EST LA QU'EST L'ARNAQUE !!! 3h après nous recevons un mail nous demandant de payer pour une "rayure profonde" sur le véhicule. Bien entendu nous n'y sommes pour rien, avons fait une réclamation à SIXT France et n'avons jamais rien payé ! Lisez bien les commentaires cette agence est bien connue pour pratiquer des ARNAQUES comme celle-ci !!!!!! UNE HONTE !!!!!!
