While I was there, one of your employees made an inappropriate comment along the lines of, You better not be making a mess. This was said while I was clearly unwell screaming and rude and just trying to handle a private situationI found the comment very unprofessional and disrespectful. I wanted to share this so management is aware and can make sure employees treat customers with empathy and respect especially in situations involving illness or distress. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
