- IMIan Lacomba MaldonadoJun 9, 20241.0I went in today around 4:40 to cash a scratcher and get 2 packs of cigarettes. The cashier(some new guy) charged my card for the whole purchase of the cigarettes. I thought he deducted the scratchers winnings, but he did not, nor did he give the winnings to me in cash. I was headed to work and noticed on the way. I've tried calling numerous times, and no one is answering the phone.
