The place never haves anything their commercials brag at how great it is to have your morning coffee there..I Say "BS"!!! Two months for them to get sugar packets, months before they got stirring sticks, for months people had to use soda drinking straws to mix their coffee, never have cream or half and half for your coffee you have to use whole milk, Silk or Oat milk " YUCK !!! Now they don't even have napkins or soda cups in the place for days now..This is Called One Thing " POOR MANAGEMENT" both store level and regional you use go there on a Friday night and it would be closed due to employees not wanting to show up for work..CRAZY !! ...What I truly like to know..Does Natalie Morhous know what's going on in her stores ??? I Believe Not !!!

Johana is the kind of person who reminds you there’s still good people out here. Her kindness isn’t forced — it’s natural. You can tell she loves her job and cares about people, and that matters in this world. She’s the best person I’ve ever met from North Carolina — hands down. Give her a raise, a billboard, or her own RaceTrac theme song… because this woman is a whole vibe. Everyone else is great too she just the one that makes me smile the most 🙌🏽 Thanks again, Johana. I don’t need to remind the manager or staff that they need to put milk not everyone is a creamer tolerant. Everyday is I’m so sorry but won’t do anything .
