My 2023 Corvette’s rear spoiler was damaged on their premises. Although the spoiler may not be a factory part, it was part of the car at the time of service, and I believe the business has a duty of care to handle all existing vehicle components responsibly. Given their refusal to address the damage, I am now in the process of suing the company to recover the costs of the repair. I hope that by bringing this matter to light, the business will reconsider its policies and take responsibility for damages that occur under their care. I am taking this step because I believe every customer deserves fair treatment and accountability when damage occurs. I hope this review encourages the business to improve their customer service policies and ensures that other clients do not face similar issues.”
