I got the wrong type of oil on purpose for my car because it was a Groupon and that’s all that I could afford. He got visibly upset because I didn’t take his advice. He smirked, smiled, put his hands together, popped his shoulders looked at me as if he wanted to choke me, rolled his eyes just plain disrespectful. Stated I had to sign a paper stating I was being negligent. He was extremely rude and had me feeling very uncomfortable as if he would have punched me in the face. Once I spoke to his supervisor/manager Nick, he was very very very professional. Noah needs to find another profession if he is going to treat customers this way. Thank you to Nick and everyone else there was very nice. As long as Noah is an assistant manager or working there I will never return and will make sure my friends and family in that area are cautious when visiting this location.
