  Long story short: their customer service is terrible and their Manager, trevor is extremely rude. If you would like the full details read below. Haven’t even picked up my car yet and completely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I booked a car a week ago, confirmed location before submitting, then the confirmation email says a different location. No problem, I called and they said to call the day before to confirm they could move the car there. Today is the day before. I was on hold multiple times to accumulate over an hour. I was picked up twice while on hold and hung up on immediately. I finally got someone to answer and begged to not be on hold again, she tried to help while assisting a customer in front of her (i understand they’re busy, no biggie) I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold for another 15 minutes to get him. The managers name was Trevor, he was COMPLETELY rude. He was not helpful, told me that there would be an increase in charge when i already booked and confirmed, had the wrong dates even though my confirmation email had correct dates, cut me off constantly and spoke over me and said unprofessional things like “if you would let me finish...” “It would be helpful if you could just give me this” and told me I was not hung up on. I would never use this location again. If you are a company dealing with customers you don’t treat or talk to them this way.

  The manager and his team are professional and great to work with. I rented a car for two weeeks and they were get to deal with. The manager should be promoted to regional manager. I rented twenty cars and stayed at 50 different hotels in the last year This place is great
