While there was a line when I picked up my vehicle in the morning, the team moved people quickly and kept things organized. I had an issue with the vehicle I rented, but their team was very accommodating and helped get me into a new vehicle. I'd like to give a special shout out to the manager at this location. She was very kind, personable, and understanding. The way she problem-solves and her level of customer service is certainly an example of someone I would want on my team.

The car exterior was filthy, maintenance dash notification was on the entire time. I've been renting cars for over 20yrs ... we are driving our personal car in the future.

I had a rough time worrying over the commute but with insurance and their help I got a car for $25 a day which could of been far worse. I write this today because I managed to finance for a new vehicle so I returned the rental.
