  The new General Manager is a nice addition to the store. I miss Ava and the other crew but it is nice the location hasn't went down like most place do. This shows great leadership within. Great job New General Manager. I. Sorry ai forgot her name but please give her her recognition for a great job!

  Got a dirty car so filty I could hardly see out the mirror and drivers window even after I cleaned it. I called they had me drive to another enterprise to swap cars. I had to use more gas and waste a good part of my day. Now to add more isses they hit me wuth a toll ussge fee on my credit card for me to go swap the filthy car out.. I calked today and they said they would would look into it.. I was using them cause my car was being repaired at the collision place and the guys insurance set it up. But what a terrible experience.. now I gotta keep on top of them to get the toll charge off my credit card.

  My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car has always been positive. We have used them several times in the past when either the car was in the shop or when I was on vacation. This time was no different. We drove from Orlando back to Long Island. The staff in both the Kissimmee and Glen Cove offices were friendly and professional. The Mazda CX-5 we rented was only two years old with about 13,000 miles and ran flawlessly. I had zero complaints and was happy Enterprise allowed for renting in one location and returning at another location. I would certainly recommend Enterprise to family and friends.

  Had to file an insurance claim. My insurance provider said they cover up to 40 per day including tax. Enterprise is trying to say that does not include tax. I confirmed with my insurance provider they will cover it. Then informed Enterprise but Enterprise decided to just bill my card instead of confirming for themselves what my insurance covers

  I got rear ended in one of their vehicles, I had already paid for the insurance but the days I paid for that I didnt have a rental will still be charged. I also got a call asking when im going to return the vehicle meaning they'll charge me until they communicate with each other. And guess what? Ive been calling for 2 days now and they never answer their phone. So i was charged for the days I didnt get the car and will be charged for the days after it was towed. Until this is fixed I'll leave this review here. And I also see a lot of reviews about being charged after return now I have to consistently check my bank statements. 12 minutes on hold then hung up.
