    Everything about my experience with this rental was excellent. From getting a phone call day before confirming my reservation to picking up the vehicle and then returning the vehicle. The process was very quick and smooth. Thank you to the assistant manager Rex for your customer care. I will definitely be renting from here moving forward.

    says on the website they have cars to rent, showed up, the lady at the front was rude and said “we don’t have any cars” then turned around and walked away, didn’t even ask me when i needed it, what i needed, etc. will be taking my business elsewhere. super unprofessional.

    Persons they were nice that's 3 stars but not a 5 stars because they got me a almost empty tank, warning oil change and dirty windows, not safe for driving. Pictures for proof

    I'm going to start off. By saying I walked in the building. There was an employee helping customers. Didn't even acknowledge me, sir. Somebody be right with you Nothing likr that I waited for about fifteen minutes and finally 2 gentlemen walked in. Jerrell , and I guess a pick up guy both friendly and acknowledge my presence. I let them know that nobody has spoken to me and I've been waiting a while. Then they put me with Matthew, who was great with helping me with my reservation, did a fantastic job. Although the white lady with the Bob cut, I didn't get her name continuously. Worked over Matthew shoulder pushing through to look up on his computer. While he's working on my reservation to help somebody who had just walked in after I waited 30 minutes. Now I don't know if She knows how to handle customer service. But usually it's first come first serve. Not let's jump over the other guy. So that way I can get this done quicker. Totally absurd. If I had her name, I would have left worse. Review. Due to her working over matthew because her computer wasn't working fast enough. It's almost. As if every customer gets treated different when they walk through your doors but again high praise to matthew and jerrell for having great customer service! And the lady with the Bob cut learn some patience!!!!

    I made a Reservation for a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van since May for October, this is a 15 passengervan for a family road trip. On the Reservation email says debit cards are accepted with the conditions which I complied. About 5 days before my rental I get a call from Jeremy to confirm, I told him I wanted to pay cash and debit for the deposit he told me I could not pay cash and the deposit had to be with credit card. The day of check in we get to the counter they start the process and tell me it has to be paid with major credit card only and it has to be the full amount. This was not specified to me on the call or in the email I told them this and the manager simply said it's because of the type of vehicle we got I told her again this was not specified before. We were about to loose our van and vacation because of this but luckily we were able to resolve with a family member and had to change the reservation to their name. This was such a headache and stressful we lost about 2 hours on this, I called and left message to the regional manager and never got a call back, this could've ruined our vacation, we would have lost what we paid ok our Airbnb for a week which is not cheap. We did have Erica she was very nice to us and did not charge additional to add another driver due to the circumstances. We had an amazing vacation thank goodness. The manager at this location you could tell she did not care nor did she try to resolve or offer alternatives, horrible customer service.
